"GX Series" is the first multi-functional tactical vest which is designed and manufactured by Gear Industries. The outer vest is made of durable Cordura Nylon which can withstand normal wear and tear for an extensive period of time. The Cordua Nylon materials is military grade in terms of water-proof; fire retardant and anti-corrosive.
This flagship product line is compatible to anti-stab and cut plate made by GearXFiber and the protection area is not limited to fatal organs on the front and rear. The all-in-one neck cover is one of the advance design in the market which significantly reduces the overall weight of the vest but while the user may maintain mobility of the body. Protection can be extended to shoulder and groin area with additional pads of GX series. Inserted with NIJ Level 3 Stab Resistance Insert, the weight of GX-III is around 2.6 kg. User may upgrade the vest with ballistic protection by adding Gear Ballistic Hard Plate into the front pocket. Contributed by the supreme capability of GearXFiber, GX Series is one of the lightest tactical vests in the world.
