Reflective Tactical Vest [RTV] is the multi function vest which is designed for law enforcement and security personnel. Except for using as a normal reflective vest, this product is compatible to any soft armour plate made by GearXFiber and it may provide user the highest protection standard (NIJ 0115.01 Stab Resistance & NIJ 0101.06 Ballistic Resistance).
