Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the best products and services. If you receive a defective product, or if the product description does not match the actual product, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return and refund. Upon confirming your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
 
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund including shipping fees. If the product is not damaged or defective, we will provide a 50% refund of the product value, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
 
To confirm the condition of the product, we require you to provide photos or videos of the product when requesting a return. If you are unable to provide this evidence, we may not be able to process your return request.
